Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.
Drop Off Shipment
Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to ensure your return reaches our New York studio safely.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
